Jacqueline is an amazing well informed holistic trainer who understands individuality (individual capabilities). She works diligently and patiently with each person.She strives for personal growth, and it shows through her work outs and motivational gestures. I recommend Jacqueline to anyone who wants growth and gains or is a beginner and wants to understand more about health and fitness. What I admire most about Jacquline is her personal mission to understand each clients strengths and weaknesses, this is vital in the realm of fitness, where people are prone to injury due to poor form. I really enjoy my sessions with Jacqueline. Although she may understand ones weakness that does not equate to simple workouts. She will encourage you to surpass plateaus with a lot of care and positivity.

The service provided by Health Facil were absolutely amazing! She had me do some insane core and leg workouts that I've never even done before. Definitely woke up nice and sore the following morning. Looking forward to continuing my training with coach Jackie to achieve my fitness goals. Get toned 2017!

Jackie is simply one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with. She makes the time to get to know you and your personal fitness goals and makes a workout plan to fit your needs. Even though there are times when I wanted to walk out on her, I stuck to it, and my sore muscles thanked her the day after for giving me a run for me money. If you want a friendly, hard working, motivating personal trainer, then look no more.

Jackie is an awesome trainer. Her knowledge and variety of core and cardio workouts are just what I need. She does great 1-on-1 work as well as awesome boot camps. She keeps things moving and it's never a boating workout!

Working out with Jackie was the best workouts I've every done. I'm not usually the type to like working out but with her I do. the exercises were easy to learn and made my body feel great after. I would recommend Health Facil 100%!!
