FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer receives a free consultation where we will be completing some medical screening questionnaires, postural assessments, and discuss your likes and dislikes about exercise in order for me to design a safe and effective individualized workout plan for you. This will give me a better understanding of your goals, needs, and abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal training certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With this certificate I am able to develop an individualized workout plan that is both safe and effective for you. I also have a fitness nutrition certificate through Precision Nutrition, which allows me to write out individualized meal plans to help you achieve your goals even faster.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life growing up thanks to my mother. From a very early age she instilled in us to always stay active, eat nutritious whole foods, and to keep a positive attitude (which I strongly believe plays a major role in staying healthy). Throughout my life I have stayed active through sports and dance, but after high school I stopped playing sports so I became more involved in the gym. As people started approaching me for health and fitness advice I started to realize that my knowledge was limited, but I really wanted to help. It was then that I decided to get certified and it has been the best decision I've made in my life.
