After disappointing experiences with two previous property managers who did not fulfill their promises, it's great to have a property manager who lives up to expectations and does everything that he says he will do. Jonathan Fleming found a new tenant for my vacant condo within a month after I hired him, at a rent over 50% more than what my previous tenant had paid. Jonathan and his staff always respond quickly to my questions. The people he hires for repairs, remodeling and house cleaning all do a first rate job.
