- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to set up a 20 minute initial conversation over the phone/skype to get a sense of the clients needs. Then, I follow up with expectations, deadlines and scheduling. Once I get a sense of the needs of the clients I can tailor the speaking engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a professor in community colleges for over 6 years, the founder of two grassroots organizations, and the author of an award winning comic book series, (H)afrocentric. I have given youth workshops, comic book workshops and been a guest speaker at numerous schools and organizations.
