Introduction: Samveda offers therapeutic massage, specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Shiatsu. Her practice is from gentle touch to firm pressure, from the physical body to the emotional body to lead to tension relief, relaxation and restoration. She is able to be present with her clients and hold space for them. Samveda's attention as a bodyworker is to support awareness and harmony back to the body mind, and spirit.
Samveda is a certified massage therapist. She graduated from Harbin School of Healing Arts with approximately 800 hours training including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Watsu, Reiki and Cranio-Sacral. Recently, she is involved in another bodywork training program, Rosen Method. Samveda worked as a massage therapist in Harbin until the fire happened. Besides being passionate of bodywork, she is an appreciative participant in yoga, meditation and embodied movement.
What rewards me the most of my job is the smile on the client's face and the loosening of their body.

Samveda is not just another massage therapist - she is a skilled bodyworker with rare qualities of attunement and presence. When she walked in the door I already felt like I could start to relax. She was very caring and attentive to my needs. She showed up on time, with a super calm demeanor. She is confident but humble, and was more interested in what I actually needed than following her own agenda or some routine, which really helped me to feel met and supported. I love it that she is already highly experienced but also is continuing her education through advanced workshops and trainings, and has a curiosity and beginners mind. I could tell that she had a sincere interest in providing a great massage as well as supporting me to be at ease in my own body.

Samveda's massage session reflected a high level combination of skill, intuition, and sophistication. Rather than a rote, massage-by-method approach, I felt her own intuitive powers come into the various levels of touch, pressure, and holding that occurred throughout my session. Before coming to her, I had a feeling that she would be good -- but Samveda was not just good. She is truly an exceptional bodyworker.
