- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use Thumbtack to fill in gaps late in my schedule, so if your wedding is within a couple months, I may be able to offer you a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an initial consultation to make sure that we are on the same page and that our personalities mesh. Photography tends to be the most personal of your vendors, and if we don't get along at all, that can lead to my photos not matching your expectations. After the initial consult, you decide whether or not to book. You are considered booked once you pay your deposit and have signed a contract! Before your wedding, I send you a series of forms to help me understand your vision and I will hammer out as many details as possible with you!
