I do this because I absolutely love it and love seeing couples, groups and families come back saying they had an awesome time on their vacations! I must say Jacqueline was a joy to work with. I wanted to reward my grown children with a nice vacation to Jamaica for graduating from college. I reached out to several agents on Thumbtack.com and Jacqueline was the only to respond in a timely fashion. She was very polite from the first call to the last. She listened to what I wanted and began working expeditiously on putting a package together. Once I settled on a package she made herself available for questions no matter the day or hour. She kept me informed of flight changes and reductions of cost. I can't express enough of how pleased I was with her expertise and professionalism. This was the best vacation we have ever taken. The smiles on my children's face was priceless. We stayed at Riu Montego Bay and it was beautiful. Solange with Amstar was wonderful. She took very good care of us. I highly recommend doing the Cool Runnings excursion. It was awesome and very affordable for all the things we did. I strongly recommend allowing Jacqueline to handle all your travel needs.

I have worked with Jacqueline twice now, and both times she has gone above and beyond for me. The first trip was a family trip to Disney World. She had great rates, answered the million questions i had, and had us booked all in one day. This was GREAT for me, because I am very inpatient. Through out the entire year, she answered several questions, even calling me on the weekend we arrived at Disney to answer a question I had about their booking system. The trip was AMAZING! When it came time to book another trip Jacqueline and I started e-mailing before the end of the year. I had no real destination in mind just knew that I wanted it to be my husband and myself some time in 2018. This is where Jacqueline really shined in my book. She always responded right away, and it is not an exaggeration when i say we exchanged 50+ emails regarding the when, and where. Once I finally made a decision, she answered still more questions that I had, even e-mailing me over the weekend. If it wasn't for her, I would have been clueless as to what needed to be done, and what the best deal really was. I would highly recommend her and thanks to exceptional service we receive, I will always book my vacations through her.

My husband and I, once we decided to go on a cruise, asked Jacqueline from MUST LOVE TRAVEL, to be our agent, helping us with all the bookings. Our experience with Jacqueline was beyond our expectations. She was very professional, she was attentive to our needs, she answered all of our questions, and, most of all, she found the best deal possible and saved us a lot of money. I paid for just a window, but received a balcony cabin. When we reached our cabin, we found a bottle of wine, from Jacqueline, with a very nice note, waiting for us. This really made our day! I really can't say enough great things about Jacqueline! I can't imagine planning my vacations without her! She has planned numerous vacations for me. When you contact her she will be with you from that time until you return home. She gives you lots of options when you are looking to travel and she works in your budget. Jacqueline was so awesome! She was very professional and quick to respond to ALL my emails and questions. I also had an issue processing the large payment via debit instead of credit. Jacqueline was very understanding, knowledgeable and patient and helped me resolve things with my bank on a weekend while she was out with her family. The level of commitment and support was awesome and I can’t wait to book another trip!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The travel industry has promotions/sales all the time, however, it may or may not apply to your specific vacation. When you book if there is a promotion, that will be applied. If a promotion comes up after you book, I'll look to see if it applies to you and if it does, I'll modify your vacation so you can take full advantage of the offer. The suppliers that I work with have contracts and working relationships with the resorts, cruise lines, etc. so that if a client needs something we have a contact person to work vs. just calling an 800 number.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a quick consultation to get a basic understanding of what type of vacation the client would like. Next, we decide if we agree we would like to work together, then I'll start planning the vacation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CTC - Certified Travel Consultant (certification) Ongoing education with destinations, suppliers and more.
