Jeff Peak is the greatest engineer and person Copper Gypsy could have found- hands down!! We went into Jeff's not knowing what to expect, but nothing could have prepared us for what we got... Jeff carefully listened to the band's goals in recording our songs. After the initial interview, Jeff offered the band many different options to reach our goals and the approximate price breaks for each option. No GREY area with Jeff! Every option was clear as crystal. The band settled on a methodology and Jeff went right to work recording the band and in ways we had no idea were available. Everything was top notch and totally professional. Jeff NEVER lost his temper with the band given the mistakes we made in recording (we are a live band and not used to studio recording). Jeff sat back using PRO TOOLS and recorded each take and offered insight when needed. The man KNOWS what he's doing!! If you are looking for a recording studio, PLP Studios with Peak Productions (Jeff) running the board, you can't go wrong.
