I'm am a disabled senior who got taken advantage of by these unethical pair of wise guys. They were suppose to clean and organize one room that we discussed by phone. The price for the job was $75.00 total. Well they came here and he goes one way while she stays in the room I wanted cleaned and just talked 98% of the time she was here. Did about 10 minutes worth of work! He was fooling around the other side of house while I was waiting for him to come clean my one room that we had agreed on. Debbie just kept going on and on talking and laughing and her husband finally entered the room in which I wanted cleaned. After doing a couple things in the room, which were done very very messy, his wife said, "we gotta go". I said what? Yeah we gotta go. I said what about the room I hired you to clean? Well, pays us the $75.00 for today and we'll come back and finish. Later that day, I called her and said you aren't going to charge me to come back and clean room that I originally hired you for. She said, "oh yes". I almost fainted on the spot. Here I'm out $75.00 and my room never did get cleaned! I'm contacting the BBB and reporting this. They took advantage of a disabled senior!!!! They need to be arrested and fined even jailed for this kind of conduct. I hope thumbtack throws them out before they ruin it for other legitimate contractors on here! God help us!
