Qualified tenant, great tenant retention. Provides inspection reports, maintenance reports. Helped in purchasing new rentals for long and short term rentals. They Walked thru properties with a landlords view to help negotiate the repairs needed from a Property Manager prospective. A Realtor with out a PM background would not have been as beneficial. Making investing easier for me.
