- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t pride myself on being the lowest landscape service provider. I pride myself on providing quality service. I look at each property as if it were my own. I don’t concern myself with price when I am looking for quality work and service, I concern myself with who can I trust that will make my vision a reality and the quality of work be worth every penny spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client to first understand their needs. I think it's important for me to feel what they feel. I think of my customers as partners, I look for long lasting relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 22 years in the landscaping and Landscaping Maintenance industry. I have certificates in turf care, landscape maintenance, tree and shrub care, hardscaping ( pavers, retains walls ) irrigation repair and installation.
