- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat session fee, and images are loaded online for a web gallery following the post-production process for sharing and purchasing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a telephone conference, to really decide whether my artistic style will match with their expectations. Then we will discuss the steps necessary to make sure we bring their vision to life. At the session, I will work hard to get the images they want, and to help them feel relaxed and confident, as it will certainly show in the final product. After post-production edits are finalized, the images will be available for viewing and purchase online.

I've taken multiple online courses as well as attended formal conferences where I've learned from some of the biggest names in the industry.
