- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge by the hour, or give a flat rate. Senior citizen and military discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking on the phone I like to visit the customers home if necessary to properly evaluate what needs to be done. This allows the customer to meet me face to face and a establish a rep-ore.
