- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i try to be as fair as possible, i can say my price is in the middle with others, but its based on quality and safety always. Also if to you as a home owner is a little to much we can talk about i can give and tell you details on why its on that price and also if we can work something out then thats great im flexible too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process, is to get to know the person as well as what you want and how i can make that possible for you. i hear you out and i explain to you whats possible or to get it as close as i can so you as the home owner can be happy and satisfied. i also don’t just like to do my job but try to built a comfortable and unique bond through out the process, that way it can be easy to communicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for couple of electrical companies and as i said earlier my dad thought me since i was very small and i would also help my dad and brother when i was off school so i can say i have quite some experience in the electrical field.
