FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I offer a sliding scale based on income and complexity as well as bartering system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather detailed information and facts surrounding exactly what my client wishes their end result to be (sometimes this is by intake form). In most cases, I will need to know names of the parties, counties each side presently live in (or last six months), whether or not they are married and for how long, property, assets and liabilities and if they have minor children and approximate income. I will then ascertain whether or not I am a good fit for my potential client and explain how I believe I can help them to accomplish what they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work for a family lawyer during the week as a Florida Registered and Certified Paralegal. I have completed thousands of hours in law seminars to further my education as well as my knowledge of law. Additionally, I am also a bonded notary of public.
