- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do require a base charge of $99 to cover crew, equipment and travel. However, our pricing is definite reflection of the quality we offer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in transparency and breaking down every bit of the job we believe is best for their situation. From the process of cleaning procedures, all the way down to the science of how we can break down stains and odors; no stone is left un-turned!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have well over 30 years of custodial training and experience; both commercially and residentially. Our teams are trained biannually to ensure we are all up to date with the latest techniques as well as consistency in our skill set as well as customer service.
