- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is going to be different, I try to keep it simple and straight forward. Doing business that way has always seemed to work great for me, my customers respond well because they can tell I'm being honest with them, and that gives them peace of mind. A relaxed customer is a happy customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start every conversation with an open ended question. "What can I do for you?" I want to know what YOU want, and what your expectations are, that way I can better help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with some of the best in the field, I've worked on custom homes in Oak Creek, Coffee creek, and Gaillardia. I also have plenty of experience working in the commercial sector, working on buildings like the National Weather Center in Norman, Devon Energy, Baptist and Norman Regional Hospitals, Wal-Mart in Moore and many others.
