- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set pricing that I stick to and they have not changed. I do require a minimum travel amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when working with a new client, it usually begins thru social media or email. The correspondence begins with addressing the persons needs and my availability. From there, the process usually then progresses to a face to face consultation. I also have a lot of word of mouth business. Either they've been in a wedding I've done or they've seen my work and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for MAC cosmetics for over 10 years and received several certification and was trained in everyday beauty makeup, lesson teaching, fashion shows, advanced makeup techniques and airbrush makeup applications. I've continued over the years to teach, keep ahead of trend and seek out inspiration and education wherever possible.
