Introduction: When I'm still trimming/removing the tree and the customer comes out and mentions how great its looking and how their already satisfied with the job when I'm not even finished. I enjoy climbing and taking care of the tree work that home owners can't. Then when I'm done listening how satisfied they are with the work that was done.
