Introduction: I have a strong passion for fitness and health. I am a former college athlete with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Fitness Management and I also have my USA Weightlifting Certification. I have vast experience in many different aspects of training such as weight loss, strength training, speed and agility, Crossfit, sport and performance, and much more. With me you will have a trainer who is passionate and that will motivate you and push you to meet your health and fitness goals! My service is great because I have more than 5 years experience with professional athletes, kids fitness and sports, and adult fitness classes. I offer fully developed workout programs built and designed and customized to YOUR personal needs and fitness goals. I will not ask you to do anything I believe you are not capable of. I do this at a very affordable price and I also offer BIG discounts if you sign up for multi week deals or if you would like to train with a partner.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I typically charge $100 a week for 3 one hour sessions. I am open to negotiating on price and I also offer discounts if you purchase more than 3 weeks at a time OR when you train with a partner.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to meet and get to know a little bit about the client a little bit before we start training. I like to be able to understand what it is my client is looking to get out of the training and see what their goals are. From there I can program and design personalized workouts for my clients.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management, I am a USAW certified Sport Performance coach, and I am also CPR and AED certified.
