- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Several of our maintenance services can be quoted simply by measuring your property using Google Maps, such as weekly mowing, weed control and fertilization. As for the other services, many times we will need to come visit your property to provide you with an accurate quote. Once the price for services has been quoted, that is the price, there is never any type of hidden fees when doing business with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving the quote request we will either measure the property online, or visit the property for further inspection. Once that information has been acquired the potential client will receive a quote via email. The quote can be accepted within that same email. Once the quote is accepted the client will receive a email containing their personalized login information to our online client portal. Soon as the client adds a method of payment to their account via our online client portal the process is complete. We pride ourselves of creating a business system that is the most convenient is can possibly be for our clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We service many different types of clients from commercial properties, multi-family properties, to small residential properties. The one thing that all of our clients have in common is they take pride in the aesthetics of their property.
