Introduction: FreedomSmith Collaborative is more than a facility where I train my clients. FSC is a private, co-working space designed exclusively for personal trainers and health professionals to practice their craft with complete business freedom.
I've been training clients in different capacities for close to 20 years. I first started training clients during my 14 years in the US Air Force. This allowed me to train hundreds of people around the world from local gyms to online training in deployed locations. I left the Air Force to pursue my passion of helping others through health and fitness. This landed me in Oklahoma where I have had the opportunity to work with Gold's Gym, Fitness 19, OKC Indian Health Clinic and currently The University of Oklahoma. I live, work, and play in Norman with my 5 kids and my biggest fan, my beautiful wife Summer.
I enjoy helping others achieve their goals in and out of the gym. It's a privilege to work with someone and help change their world.

I would describe David as an incredibly motivating and supportive trainer. He is the kind of trainer that will encourage you to work harder and lift heavier, while respecting your limits. I feel like I am feeling stronger physically, as well as mentally. I would highly recommend David, not only for his excellent work ethic, but his positive regard for all of his clients!
