- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer sends us pictures of their existing system via text or e-mail. 2. We verify compatibility with our service. 3. Customer signs agreement (no service term contracts). 4. We schedule a call with the customer to program his/her system over the phone. 5. Month-to-month billing begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, experience in casino surveillance, professional training on many different alarm and fire systems, networking and security certifications.
