She provides education on specialized diets such as the Diabetic Diet, Healthy Heart, Gluten Free, Food Allergies/Intolerances, Low Sodium, Anti-inflammatory, Endurance Training and Athletics as well as many others. Erin's services include weight loss/management, individualized meal plans/menus, realistic lifestyle modifications in overall health and wellness, comprehensive metabolic profiling with comparison of fat and muscle percentage ratio, exercise regimens, as well as counseling individuals for behavioral modifications such as eating disorders. What should you expect during the first initial visit? This initial visit will take anywhere from 45-60 minutes. During this visit you will participate in a comprehensive nutritional analysis. It focuses on your nutrient intake, eating behaviors, level of motivation, goals, BMI, physical activity, and medical history. The Dietitian will then discuss your overall nutritional profile and explain different approaches to your unique goals. Follow up sessions: The follow up visits focus on how you are doing with the recommendations made during the first visit. You will usually be asked to keep an online food record. These visits are a monitoring process where the Dietitian Erin assesses your progress and provides support, guidance and accountability. These usually last about 20 minutes.
