FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I begin the process of working with a client by contacting the person by text or email, followed by a phone conversation, and then an in-person or remote video meeting. We discuss the client’s goals and what they desire to be the outcome of our time together. Next we work together to formulate a plan that best meets their unique situation. I believe that a collaborative process between myself and the client leads to the best end results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Candidate for Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership with Emphasis in Higher Education Administration from Oral Roberts University * Master of Education in Community Counseling from the University of Oklahoma * Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Minor in Family Studies from Cameron University * Oklahoma State Department of Education Teaching Certificate in Psychology/Sociology (Level 5-12)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I sort of "fell into" my very first attempt at planning and leading a group of high school students overseas when I was just 19 years old. Although it was certainly a challenge, I absolutely loved it! That experience opened so many doors, and I couldn't imagine my life without the adventure and thrill of planning and guiding tours and planning and carrying out events (both large and small).
