- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's pretty simple: three tiers based on the career level you are entering: Tier 1: $250 =Entry level to mid-level management Tier 2: $275 = Mid-level management to upper management Tier 3: $300 =Executive level Federal resumes=$400 on up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of Intake Coordinator speaks with our client for no less than 1.5 hours to learn about our client's career goal before we write the client's resume. Other companies subcontract out the writing work. We do not. We find that lazy and quite frankly, unethical. We write the resumes in-house so we retain a high level of accountability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold Associates and Bachelors degrees and are licensed in Human Resources work.
