- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military discount and if the customer pays 100% upfront we give them a 10% discount. We also offer $50 referral rewards to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer where they are at. If they want to talk on the phone we will. If they want to meet in person we will. We strive to produce a customer driven interactions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has various degrees and certifications in multimedia production, sound engineering, marketing, and Music. We really have a great team and together there isn’t much we don’t know about in our perspective fields.
