What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is a percentage of what I am able to recover for my clients. This means I'm not paid unless my clients are paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with each potential client to discuss their legal issues. Then I explain their options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business from the University of Kansas in 2009. Law Degree from Washburn University School of Law in May 2012.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an associate for a successful attorney for several years before starting my own practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I represent seriously injured accident victims. I have had clients from ages 12 to 81 who speak Spanish, English and even Mandarin.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recovered $100,000.00 for a grandmother who was injured after a semi ran a stop sign and struck her vehicle. The process lasted about 7 months.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a local attorney who is not afraid to go to court for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It never hurts to speak with an attorney. I offer free consultations.
