- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects and environment vary so much. We give accurate estimates on site for all departments and all jobs. When hired unless changes to scope of work are made or materials we most of time honor the price estimated. We have a low change order rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call the office or send us correspondence via email for a free estimate. We get them on the estimate schedule with the crew lead of that department. Estimator meets them at the job site looks at the project and gives them a handwritten estimate. If they like the price they call and hire us and we get them on the job schedule after signing a contract and putting a 10-40% deposit down depending on their scope of work. We have 4 teams. Landscape install (2 crews), Landscape maintenance, Tree removal, and Landscape design. Designs are estimated for free but there is a per hour charge quoted up front prior to beginning the design. All job payments are expected in full on completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a highly experienced and skilled labor force with many years experience. The owner attended the WSU for landscape and business management.
