We hired Hanigan Construction to install an egress window in our basement. We were impressed with the bid, professionalism, and the finished product. We tell all our friends about Hanigan Construction and will definitely be using their services again!!!

I hired Hanigan Construction to repair some rot on the soffit of my home. Typically, I do all of my home repairs; however, this repair being 20 feet in the air was outside of my comfort zone. Ryan did an amazing job at a fair price. As a general rule I do not let others work on my home. Hanigan Construction is the exception to this rule because they put the kind of attention and focus into my home as I would have myself. The next time I have a project that I can not tackle, I will be calling them.

It was a total renovation of upstairs bedrooms in a vacation condo, changing 2 large bedrooms into 3. They did a great job matching what was salvagable. In the end, the 3 bedrooms are still good sized and seem as if they have always been there. They did some custom building of cabinets and closets to save space and they look wonderful. They also renovated the master bathroom. They were clean and completed the job on time. They were very attentive to fine details, Their quote was right on. Will definitely use them for our next project.
