Introduction: My number one goal is customer satisfaction. Just because I like my home cleaned a certain way doesn't mean that's how you want your home clean. I like to communicate with my customers and see what specifically they would like done. I pay very close attention to detail to make sure the job is done correctly. There is no job that is to big or to little for me. I am very trustworthy and confidential in my work. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years I have been cleaning for about 3 years now. I take pride in what I do. She arrived promptly, on short notice and did an amazing job. I was very leery about using this service, but am very happy that I made this choice. I am a bit OCD and wanted a little extra help around the house for some upcoming visitors - I actually expected to have to stay on top of the cleaner to ensure the job would be done to my liking, but i was wrong (used to companies charging by the hour, so taking their sweet time). She did a great job! Close attention to detail! We did a run through of what I expected, and she quickly got the job done. Above and Beyond! Very friendly and communicated with me along the way to make sure I was satisfied. Anytime I need anything, I will be coming back to Mrs. Walk before I ever call a "company" again!

Hired for apartment cleaning, was given bid, accepted bid and work started, however, cleaning crew did not clean the furnace room as requested during bidding process. Polished 2 Perfection had the keys to the apartment for over two weeks and then did not want to give them back to me until paid, which was set up as Net 30. They had increased the invoice amount by $20.00 and I was disputing the increase that was not authorized. I was told that the cleaning crew does not clean furnaces, however, I feel they could have wiped the furnace and hot water heater down to remove built up dust and debris. I have pictures of before and after cleaning and there was no difference noted in that area. Very unsatisfied with performance of work and with negative attitude displayed towards me while in my office.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call and set up a time to go and speak with them to see exactly what they are looking for with the house cleaning. To make sure they are satisfied with the services they are paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 10 plus years of being an assistant manager and a food server has really taught me about customer service and customer satisfaction.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband started his own business in heating and air / property management. So I started off as his cleaning lady. Then decided it was time to start my own business as my own boss.
