- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At E3 solutions we are in the business to help homeowners and is always our first priority! With that being said we would want to treat homeowners how we want to be treated and that means upfront, transparent pricing. Since we are a smaller company, we do not have all the overhead of some larger companies. This helps us save on our costs which allows us to pass those cost savings onto you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to use state of the art diagnostic tools to evaluate customer homes to see exactly where the issues are. We will review the results with the homeowners and go over feasible options. We offer lending to help make this an easy process for the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jason, (owner) has 25 years in the industry. He has run a contracting department for a large box store. He has also ran framing crews, roofing crews, window crews and siding crews. Jason knows exactly how a job needs to get done and is supposed to get done! Devin, (owner) has 8 years experience restoring houses and renovating houses. He has also worked at a exterior remodeling firm as the top salesman in the country. He achieved this success by helping one homeowner at time!
