- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we always educate them about what we are using and why? How conventional cleaning is problematic? We can show them how to prevent many of the problems they are experiencing!! We simultaneously clean air and problem areas first for them to notice the difference immediately. Afterwards it's whatever area they need us to clean. Then we always ask them during our clean up and after if the work is satisfactory. For businesses we will leave a small poster that this place is now Eco Clean and was inspected by Lots of Love Non-Toxic Cleaning & Sanitation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Work for two different air purification companies as an independent distributor. Trained and educated with the knowledge provided to me by hard data from testing done by the two corporations of chemical toxicity and biological organisms in the air and on surfaces. Extensive research on non-toxic cleaning products such as Essential Oils and Hydrogen Peroxide.
