Jake replaced the screen and the hard drive on my Mac Book Pro. He also recommended that I purchase an external hard drive to store documents and photos on so that my computer could operate more quickly than before. He was very helpful and completed these tasks quickly. I am extremely satisfied with Jake's customer service, great turn around time and knowledge! I would recommend Jake to anyone!
