- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have some guidelines I use, and also have some ability to provide custom quotes based on the exact need of the couple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office is located at 96th and J, that is where I meet with customers. I like to meet in person, or online if distance is an issue, to best understand their needs and insure we are a good fit together. I then provide a written quote, detailing expectations and information. Once a first payment is made we begin planning. I provide a password protected link that allows couples to select their vows, readings, and rituals. I normally meet with them again 4-6 weeks prior to the event to go over details and insure we are all ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business management, and attended seminary studies. I am locally ordained and credentialed with The Inclusive Life Center, an incorporated Nebraska religious nonprofit, that is an IRS charitable 501(c)3 organization.
