- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really- I discount where I can, and try to be appropriate for the specific project. Also, if I feel like I would be a particularly great candidate to help with a specific request, I will try to be even more competitive, just to earn the opportunity! So be as descriptive as possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat. We outline goals. We be honest with our expectations and abilities and if everything feels good, we proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ha! Name it.... I've probably done it! Choral/solo/musical theater/special events/teaching/playgroups....etc
