This young man showed up at my house with two guys ready to work plenty of tools to do the job they need to do an extra just in case seems like they were prepared for anything he did the job I asked him to do at a reasonable rate and did a great job at it he even did a couple extra things that I asked him to do on my house and didn't charge me they were small but still did it for free and even came by the next day to make sure I was still satisfied with everything I highly recommend this company

Job was incomplete, not completed by needed deadline, and done to absolute sub-standard quality. I had to hire someone to do rework on the whole project-nothing could be utilized. Attempted to resolve partial refund for the poor job done--we agreed mutually to a refund number on 12/20. He then backtracked on what he agreed to for refund--I stated I didn't agree and we needed to talk. Since then he has now refused to respond to my messages. Have now had to send to Thumbtack for dispute resolution due to his failure to honor his commitments. If you are looking to hire I would strongly suggest you do so at your own risk. I have detailed documentation on the entire project including videos of the work that he did so I can assure you this isn't an embellished review. Basically to summarize--he took my money, did a ridiculously poor job which had to be totally redone by another contractor, then reneged on a refund number he agreed to, and has now not responded to messages. Take that into consideration if you consider hiring.

The job was incomplete dur to my wife goingninto labor. during the. project as bill whos real name is not bill at all was not understanding about this at all and resoultion has been settled since this and the whole project did not need reworked he had threatend me with a bad review if i didnt do as he said which i was no complaint with due to the fact he broke contract still ended up giving him money back to end the dispute

I will give you a fair estimate based off my judgment as well as I do call around and I try to make my price better than the other companies I do offer discounts from time to time finding them the situation mainly for military

My process for working with a new customer would be to contact the customer meet in person to give a bid for the job if needed and stay in contact so the customer knows what's going on

I have about 10 years on the job training more in some things
