- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge a flat rate for one 12 yard dumpster bin (12x8x4). Large pieces of concrete more than 2ft in diameter and auto tires have extra charges. If a customer needs multiple bins or use my service routinely...I will offer significant discounts. I accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. **NOTE** When requesting a quote...please be as detailed as you can. This is most important when you indicate you have large items. For Example: Refrigerators, stoves, pieces of steel, garage doors etc. Most of the large item pieces will require two people and that can impact the quote price. On this site I'm estimating jobs knowing very little about the material /debris. With that said...sometimes the quote may be higher than you expected because of the "unknown factor."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Well...almost all the “jobs” are the same, but each customer is very different. I do my best to listen carefully and try to determine what’s important to that person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Ive been a General Contractor, Building Services Director and working in the Home Improvement Industry since 1997.
