- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation. The conversation we have forms the foundation for my work. We'll talk about all of the matters that we need to factor in to the project, and set goals and strategy to achieve the perfect effect. I'll then provide a first copy and we'll talk again to collaborate and make revisions. Once completed, I'll send the work by email.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
How could I not? I've always found myself much more comfortable writing than speaking, although I can talk, too! Writing has taken shape for me are a profession over years of writing in my first career, (Travel). As various people read my words, they would ask me to write things for them-all sorts of projects for all different needs. I got referrals, and things just took off. I find writing very rewarding, and I love when it accomplishes what it is designed to accomplish.
