We had a break in at our home within the first 2 weeks of moving into our new home. This obviously was something we never would have expected moving into what we thought was the perfect family neighborhood! We contacted Jarren through thumbtack and we're pleasantly surprised at there no $$ out of pocket offer for installation and activation fees. We had Jarren come by the home and do a walk-through which he was very knowledgeable on what we needed to protect our home. I am the type of guy I wanted the place,to be protected like fort knox because my family is everything to me. I don't feel like anything needed to be changed or different Jarren went above & beyond my expectations. He didn't tell me no when I was adamant about wanting certain sensors,which made me feel like he truly had my family's best interest and security in mind. We also got the app on our smartphones called alarm.com it allows us to know that are system is actually armed wereever we may be,we can arm I from any were or turn it off if someone has to stop by the house. We have a very busy life and this app works wonders within our family unit! I would recommend it to anyone Jarren also let us know for our teenagers we have GEO FENCING ability which means we can ping our kids phones to the alarm and it will tell us when there within a certain radius of the home. Why I love this is cause I used to be able to pick up my kids from school and now I can't because of work. This atleast gives me piece of mind that they made it home safe and that's priceless to me. Jarren provided excellent service. He answered all of mine & my husband's concerns,he made sure we felt completely comfortable with the process and how to properly protect our family and home. We would recommend Jarren and GHS interactive security to anyone. They got us the new Ring doorbell camera for our front door at no cost cause we had packages stolen. they installed everything & activated it for 0$ down.

We had an awesome experience they gave us arlo wireless cameras cause we have a new born baby in the home. I'm not always able to be home to see her so knowing I can see her and the babysitter from my phone is soff awesome. I love this system and am so glad we changed from ADT they were way overpriced and they wanted a bunch of $ out of pocket to upgrade our old system. Jarren and ghs did it for free and we didn't pay any fees upfront. I can't thank them enough for helping us out.

Awesome got a new system within 24 hours of calling. They also hooked up a camera system at my business my business partners are ecstatic. We love that we can get notifications when employees walk through the door so we know when they are late or on time. Thanks ghs and Jarren!

yes standard pricing is based on how much equipment the customer needs for there home. ALL EQUIPMENT IS FREE for the homeowner. The customer just needs to pay to monitor the system for the police,fire,medical emergency service response.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.meet customer and do a walk through of home to find customers needs and wants. 2.verify what equipment the customer wants. 3.qualify the home. verify homeownership with name,address,phone #. 4.schedule a technican for installation. 5.do paperwork and leave customer with homeowners insurance discount form and all other packets and information on company. 6.technician shows up installs the system. 7.verify with customer if they have any questions or issues about the system. 8.technician puts up window decals and yard sign for homeowner. 9.technican calls our customer service and we do a post installation survey with the customer. this is to make sure the customer received everything that was promised to them. also to verify they are happy and understand the terms.
