- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes standard pricing is based on how much equipment the customer needs for there home. ALL EQUIPMENT IS FREE for the homeowner. The customer just needs to pay to monitor the system for the police,fire,medical emergency service response.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.meet customer and do a walk through of home to find customers needs and wants. 2.verify what equipment the customer wants. 3.qualify the home. verify homeownership with name,address,phone #. 4.schedule a technican for installation. 5.do paperwork and leave customer with homeowners insurance discount form and all other packets and information on company. 6.technician shows up installs the system. 7.verify with customer if they have any questions or issues about the system. 8.technician puts up window decals and yard sign for homeowner. 9.technican calls our customer service and we do a post installation survey with the customer. this is to make sure the customer received everything that was promised to them. also to verify they are happy and understand the terms.
