Have worked with Velarde Construction over the past 15 years on numerous projects. Always comes through no matter how difficult the challenge. My company hired Velarde Construction for an ADA compliance bathroom project. This project was time sensitive, which Albert knew and came through last minute to start and complete the project. Albert showed up every day sometimes several times a day to make sure the quality of work met his standard and to inform me throughout the entire project of next steps (demo, framing, inspections, electrical, etc.). Additionally, Albert made sure every night when him and his workers would leave, that the area was clean and the building was safely locked. I would recommend Velarde Construction to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, hardworking, organized, clean, fair, and above standard workmanship contractor! Thank you Albert for all your hard work~
