- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing at iNeffable is absolutely HONEST! We are one of the few designers who are upfront about the work it will take to create and or manage your website and we will give you pricing with NO other hidden fees. We strive to be the best and the best has to include amazing and honest customer service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always fun because the first thing is the initial meeting where we determine if we are the right fit for you. The initial meeting whether it be meeting in person or Skype or on a phone call we will know if 1. We all get along and 2. If we are a match for you as designers to deliver a perfect website. After our meeting we will send you a brief over view of what we discussed and we send you a proposal that includes; Site features, site add ons, site must haves, color scheme, layout, host options, time frame for mock up and date of completion as well as pricing.
