Introduction: Serving Utah County, our service is aiming to change landscape industry standards by using proper pruning practices and promoting water-wise landscapes. Our in-house professional Landscape Consultant has a Landscape Management degree from BYU. Our Crew Supervisor is QWEL Certified. Our sprinkler distribution system needed repair. The Shrub Care Co rebuilt the system with all new parts, cleaned up the mess afterward, and even pruned the Holly bush that had overgrown the distribution box. We were extremely pleased with the work, and will use them again.

Hired Mark to come out and fix a sprinkler. He was able to come out quickly and was prompt. Very friendly. I would definitely use him again from any issues in my yard. I've already recommended a couple of other people to Shrub Care Co.

Mark and his team at The Shrub Care Co. are fantastic! Not only did the Shrub Care Co. do a complete assessment of my yard but were thorough in their efforts to understand my expectations and needs. They helped me understand where their strengths and expertise lay, and where it didn't. I learned from them a little bit about proper pruning methods, and even learned the names of all the different shrubs I have in my yard. Their work was done well and in a timely manner. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend hiring the Shrub Care Co.!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting with the customer to analyze a project, we then generate an estimate for the project, once the estimate is approved the work can be schedule to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive managers have years of training and experience. Our Landscape Consultant has a Landscape Management Degree from the College of Life Sciences at Brigham Young University. Our Crew Foreman is QWEL Certified.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly work with residential customers to improve the look of their landscapes around their homes and rental properties. However, we have also helped improve the look around some commercial properties for business owners.
