Communication was very good from start to finish. In my opinion Tyler has the best price for the service he offers. He arrived very presentable and was professional throughout his visit.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rates are simple: $99 for a Rekey. This includes: -Up to 8 locks -4 new keys -Service Charge. $60 for Lockouts ($70 outside business hours)

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a new Locksmith in the area, I did my research to make sure I can offer the best deal. Most other Locksmiths charge a service fee and then they charge per lock among other fees. My flat rates are an offer you won't find anywhere else.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you need a Locksmith service you may want to know these things before contacting a professional: -What kind of locks do I have? (brand) -How many locks do I have? -Are all my locks the same brand? -Do any locks need to be repaired or replaced? -Do all my locks match one key? -How many keys do I need?
