- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For projects under $200, payment must be made in full. Projects higher than $200, can be paid in 3 installments, first payment before work begins, second payment mid-project and the final payment after completion of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting a project, we ask that our clients setup a consultation with us so that we can gather your project requirements. Once we receive your requirements we will begin work after an initial deposit is made.
