- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is confidential and sensitive in nature and requires individual research, planning, and care. The price of the document preparation is discussed in the initial meeting with the client. Each client's own financial situation is carefully considered when discussing payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by allowing the client to explain their needs and expectations. It's important that I know what the client's expectations are so that I can either meet or exceed those expectations. I cover the process for completing and or filing the documents as the client requires. In the initial meeting we will discuss everything from the process to payment and what to expect in the future. I want the client to be 100% confident in their decision in choosing CaroLegal Document Preparation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience as a Paralegal and I am a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar.
