Alex did an exceptional job at pressure washing my driveway, sidewalks, patio, and exterior of my house. A bit higher priced than other quotes I received but I’d argue his quality of workmanship is better than anyone I’ve seen. For the first time ever, my driveway is actually 100% clean, which means he knows what he is doing with the chemicals and tools, and not just pushing along a commercial pressure washer and making excuses for lazy work, which is what the cheaper places do. This guy is fantastic and is passionate about his business. Don’t think twice, hire him for the job.

Alex was very professional and ready to get to work as soon as he arrived. Our home had not been cleaned for some time, it was dirty and had many areas of chipping paint. Alex did a great job and was very professional. I hired him to pressure wash the driveway, sidewalk, and walkway to the front door which he did at a very reasonable cost. Afterward, he noticed some other areas I hadn't realized needed some attention. He hit these other areas for a small additional cost. He even cleaned areas we hadn't even discussed free of cost. That's how thorough he is. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are always different because of this I offer free estimates to everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact with the customer I like to walk the property with them. This allows me to better understand what needs to be done. Once I know exactly what is required of me I get to work. Once everything is done I like to walk the property with the customer one more time just to make sure all is done as expected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a UCF Graduate with Hospitality Management. I have always enjoyed working with people and making them happy.
