FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 basic packages which are detailed on my website. I also customize based on client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary consultation so I can learn more about you and you can learn more about how I work. This will allow us to determine if my approach is right for you. Moving forward, I will send you several forms to fill out about your medical history, current symptoms, main complaints, etc. I will also have the lab send the lab test kits we agree on in our consultation. When I receive the results, I will send them to you and we will schedule a time to review - this is an educational appointment that will explain the results to you in detail, in a way that makes sense to you. The initial forms, our consultations and these results guide your next steps which will include diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation. I do not represent a supplement company - recommendations for supplements are lab guided and based on quality not one brand. Follow up consultations for support, adjustments to the plan and next steps are scheduled according to your need and desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by Functional Diagnostic Nutrition as Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. I received training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in advanced nutrition and wellness education. I have a bachelors degree in Education from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
