- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with new customers depends on the type of home service you originally request. In the case of replacing major equipment such as home wiring and/or electrical panels, replacing air conditioning systems or water heater replacement we provide free complimentary in-home estimates. For other minor to severe home repair situations such as leaks, non-cooling air conditioners or shorts and faulty switches we charge a service call to send a licensed technician to your home with 2 hours. This service call fee is partially applied to any repairs you require and choose to have done by our company. We also do warranty work as well but this requires additional step of contacting the manufacturer and receiving approval, so warranty homeowners should definitely contact us as early as possible to get these steps done quickly.
