FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be very affordable whenever possible. If you check the price span for your area on homewyse, homeadvisor and/or any other related price estimators you will find that our price gravitate towards lower limit, and is many times even bellow it. However, we are able to keep our prices affordable not by lowering quality but by employing unique business model that you can find abour more on our website. We never sacrifice quality, and we do not accept job offers where customers agrees to lower the quality in order to reduce the price even more. In our experience, any price is a problem if value is a mystery. That's why we keep the mystery out: we offer to every customer detailed breakout of materials, tools and labor involved in his projects. That way you may exactly know how much you payed for every screw and where it went. We are happy when customers are interested in such details, because they are then in position to make a more educated and informed decisions about their projects and that makes our jobs much easier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce customer with our services by phone or email or by pointing him/her to our website or welcoming him/her in our physical store located at downtown Orlando, FL. We are very well aware of the stress and the loss of comfort caused by any job done in your home/office and by the presence of the unknown people in your living/working space, so we always encourage our customers to get eased by checking our company's and personal data, visiting our physical shop etc. If both sides are willing to continue we then visit the job site to get necessary info, take measurements and explain to the customer what we think how the project should be conducted and to answer any questions customer may have. This visit is free, as well as any consultations we provide at that point and any estimates we send to you by email or by phone thereafter. If the customer wants us to do the job, we than agree on project details, time frames, labor cost and payment terms. After the contract is signed by both sides, we start working on the project.
