- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard prices for the different services that we offer. Sometimes thece can change, depending on the needs of each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look for to know what exactly need our customers, if they have some ideas about that the design what they wanted, colors or styles. After we start to designing and showing two or three differents propposals, when the customer choose one we can do aditionals changes if is necesary for the design be just like they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team with over 10 years of experience designing for small companies, startups, and large corporations. We have worked for a few restaurants, technology companies, automotive industry and different companies, and we believe I could be a great job for you.
